DO I GET TO CHOOSE MY MEALS?

  • We curate your meals by Friday @ 12pm the week before each delivery. We will suggest the best selection for you based on your desired targets & preferences and you can always change it if you like.

WHAT RECIPES ARE MY MEALS CURATED FROM?

  • We release a new menu bi-weekly with 28 options, 14 non-vegan & 14 vegan. Your recipes are all designed by Food to Heal utilizing local & seasonal ingredients cooked in-house by our talented professional chefs. You can skip a week, pause or cancel anytime as long as you notify us before the noon @ Friday. Log into your account to manage your subscription or send an email to bryan@foodtoheal.org.
ARE YOUR MEALS FROZEN?
  • No, our meals are delivered fresh & chilled & never frozen. We cook from scratch daily. Our meals are specially packaged to keep your package in the best conditions during transit. When you get your box, simply unload and place your meals directly in the refrigerator up to 7 days. When you are ready for a meal, all you have to do is heat and eat.
IS THERE ANY COOKING? ARE YOUR MEALS PRE-PORTIONED?
  • No, there is never any cooking with Food to Heal. Our meals come chilled & ready to eat so you can enjoy as you like. All of our meals are pre-portioned and complete with nutritional information, heating instructions, and a full allergen list.
HOW DO YOU CREATE YOUR COLLECTIONS & UTILIZE FOOD SCIENCE?
  • We understand that if food doesn’t make you feel great, eating right can be really hard. That’s why we cut through the difficulty by understanding the components of a meal satiate hunger & those that balance and boost your mental and physical health. The combination of these two allows us to make health meals that both make you feel good & provide benefits you can feel.
WHERE AND WHEN DO YOU DELIVER?
  • We deliver on Monday during either our AM (6am - 9am) or PM (5pm - 8pm). When selecting your plan, you will be given the option to select a delivery time & areas we deliver that works best for you. We are expanding fast, so if we're not in your area yet, we'll hopefully be there soon.
CAN I SKIP MY DELIVERY?
  • Yes! With Food to Heal, altering your plans on pause or canceling is easy. You can skip a week, pause or cancel anytime as long as you notify us before the noon @ Friday. Log into your account to manage your subscription or send an email to bryan@foodtoheal.org.
